Tahlia Brody and Keia Mae Sagapolu Sanele will depart Leicester Tigers at the conclusion of the 2024/25 season.
Both are USA internationals and joined the club in the summer of 2023.
Brody has made 23 appearances for the club across her two seasons, after initially joining from Cheltenham Tigers.
The back-row has scored 13 tries in that time, including two scores in the side's last win, the 43 - 45 victory over Trailfinders Women.
Sagapolu Sanele, meanwhile, has made 19 appearances since 2023, her sole try in that time coming at Allianz Stadium in December against Harlequins.
The prop was also the Leicester Tigers Foundation Ambassador for the 2024/25 season and would frequently volunteer her time at sessions for the club's down syndrome rugby team.
The pair have been a part of the USA's preparations ahead of the 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup, each featuring in all three of the Eagles games in the 2025 Pacific Four series.
