Kick-off in Leicester Tigers' Guinness Premiership semi-final at Welford Road on Sunday, May 16 has been confirmed as 4pm.

Premier Rugby Limited have announced the order of the semi-final ties, with the first fixture – to be hosted by Northampton Saints or Saracens - starting at 1.30pm next Sunday, and Tigers hosting an historic match at 4pm.

The Tigers match will be the first rugby union match to be broadcast in 3D by Sky Sports.

Martin Turner, Sky Sports' executive producer of rugby union, said: "It changes the axis of how we film rugby union, and it'll change the axis for our viewers as well. It'll be rugby union as you've never seen it before because we are changing the geography of our cameras to maximise the unique perspective 3D provides.

“Plus, 3D coverage will give us a new dimension editorially in terms of scrums and head-on pictures of attacking play."

Sky Sports rugby pundit Stuart Barnes added: "There's something about the set-plays unique to rugby union that frame very well in 3D. The HD pictures provided an enhancement to our rugby union coverage but 3D is a whole new perspective that captures the dynamic of the sport in a very dramatic way."

Customers can find participating pubs via the Pub Finder available which is available by clicking here.

After being confirmed in top spot in the table, Tigers will host the fourth-placed team on May 16. Bath Rugby are in that position going into a home game against Leeds Carnegie this weekend, though London Irish and London Wasps could potentially finish fourth.
