Tigers were double winners at the Leicester Mercury Sports Awards on Wednesday evening.
Club captain Martin Corry was named the 2007 Leicester Mercury Sportsman of the Year, while colleague Ben Kay was also in attendance to collect the Team of the Year award following victory in the Guinness Premiership and EDF Energy Cup finals during the year.

Corry said: "Looking back, it was a good year, but we have to leave that behind now and start looking ahead."
The annual event, sponsored by Alliance & Leicester for a sixth year, was staged at De Montfort Hall and attended by guests from across the county sporting community.
