Vous allez au match chez les Tigres?

Students at a city college have once again produced an online guide to assist French rugby supporters visiting Leicester Tigers this season.

The move is geared towards supporters of Toulouse, who visit Leicester on December 8, and follows last season’s successful guide for Bourgoin fans who made the trip to the city in December 2006.

Members of the Applied GCSE French for Business course at Babington Community Technology College have created a site to allow visitors to get to know the stadium and the city.

The group have used their knowledge of Welford Road and the city itself to help create a site which should give French visitors access to everything they need to make their stay in the East Midlands a successful one.

The site, written completely in French, features sections covering:

Transport: How to find Leicester by plane, car, ferry and train or coach. And how to find the stadium once in Leicester.

Accommodation: Hotels in different price categories.

Food: What and where to eat

The stadium: How to locate your seat, the toilets, the bars and the Club Shop.

Tourism: What to do in Leicester as well as go to the match.

Shopping: Where to shop.

The website is located at www.babington.leicester.sch.uk/toulouse
