There is also a place for former Leicester Tigers colleague Seru Rabeni in the Leeds midfield.
Head coach Neil Back and director of rugby Andy Key make their first return to Tigers since moving to Leeds in 2008 and they make just one change to the Leeds team that started against Sale Sharks last week, with Rhy Oakley coming in at No8 in place of Alfie To’oala.
Teenage fly-half Joe Ford could make his Guinness Premiership debut after being named on the bench. Ford, 19, was man of the match in the LV= Cup against Tigers three weeks ago.
Neil Back and Andy Key head the Leicester Tigers connections in the Leeds Carnegie squad travelling to Welford Road tomorrow.
Key said: “First and foremost it is a game that we are going into looking to perform as a team.
“I would be lying if I said that it wasn't a game that I was looking forward to because of the time Neil and I spent with the Tigers. Between us we spent nearly 40 years of our lives at the club and we have many great friends still there.
“However, we are very much all about Leeds Carnegie now and making Leeds a club that can challenge the likes of Leicester for the major honours. Clearly we are not there yet but we are making good progress and we go there in good spirits.”
