Outside-backs Ollie Hassell-Collins and Harry Simmons have both been ruled out through injury, which means Charlie Atkinson will now start at fullback with Mike Brown shifting to the left wing.
Kieran Wilkinson and Phil Cokanasiga come onto the bench for potential European debuts.
