Freddie Steward, Ellis Genge and Ben Youngs will all start England’s opening game of the autumn series against Tonga on Saturday.
The Leicester Tigers trio have all been selected in the matchday squad by Eddie Jones with prop Genge named alongside Tom Curry and Courtney Lawes as vice-captains for the series and Owen Farrell as captain.
Steward makes a third appearance for England and Youngs reached 110 caps, starting at scrum-half.
Head coach Jones said: “We’ve had two good preparation camps, worked really hard and we’re ready for a tough, physical game.
“We’re especially looking forward to getting back out in front of a full crowd at Twickenham and playing some entertaining, exciting rugby for all of the supporters.”
Following the Tonga fixture, England will then face Australia and world champions South Africa on successive Saturdays All matches are at Twickenham Stadium and are live on Amazon Prime Sport and TalkSPORT.

Marco van Staden has not be included in the Springboks matchday squad to face the Welsh.
Argentine duo Julián Montoya and Matías Moroni have been named in the Los Pumas starting side for their game against France on Saturday.
Montoya leads the side from hooker with Moroni included at outside-centre.
